RETURN POLICY

Exchange/Store credit

  1. Exchange and store credit instruction will be included in the parcel.

  2. Shipping costs to be covered by the customer. (Return labels are not supplied)

  3. The store credit will be issued once the items have been returned. (Refunds are not available)

  4. We recommend using your store credit to purchase new size, style, or colour.

  5. You will need to provide Order Name, Order email or Order Number in your returned parcel for reference.

  6. Items must be returned to us within 2 weeks or receiving parcel, 4 weeks for International purchases.

  7. The items must be returned in the original condition, unworn and all tags attached.

  8. Please allow 1-2 Business days for store credit to be processed once your parcel has arrived.

  9. The return address is located on the back of you Return / Thank you card in your parcel.

Refund

We do not offer refunds. Refunds will not be given for change of mind (size, colour, style etc.).

Faulty Items

If the item you have received is faulty, please notify us within 24-48 hours with images of fault. We will be happy to organise a replacement for you.
